Booking hostesses for IDS – how it works
- Inquiry: You tell us the event, date, location, working hours and tasks as well as your requirements regarding language, experience, appearance or dress code – via our booking page or by phone.

- Selection: You mark your favourites; we take care of the scheduling and confirm the assignment in writing.
- Briefing and assignment: Every team receives a written briefing. On request, a project manager in the back office and, for larger productions, an on-site team lead coordinate the assignment – as an additional service, listed separately in the offer. If someone is unable to attend due to illness, we arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Quotes and booking terms for IDS
Your quote is based on the type of event, location, duration of the assignment, task profile and required qualifications. Depending on the project, we work with hourly or daily rates and, for multi-day assignments such as the five trade fair days of IDS, with package prices; the minimum booking duration is usually 4 hours per day, and travel within the assignment area may be included as a flat rate.
