Always shape or maintain the shape of your fingernails and toenails

Pay attention to the cuticle

When you are done filing, it is important to take care of the cuticle. There are very good cuticle removers in drugstores. These usually smell very pleasant and also have a protective and nourishing effect. You moisten the cuticle with the remover and can then carefully push the skin back with the enclosed pen. Additional regular care with a nail oil makes this process much easier. This makes the skin much softer and easier to work with. At the same time, you can also care for your hands and feet directly. The result is that the nail looks very well-groomed, even if it is not painted. You should be careful not to cut off protruding skin areas on your hands or feet, as this can very easily lead to injuries. In the worst case, this could lead to a nail bed inflammation.

Optionally paint the nails

You are through with the basic hand and nail care program and already now your nails will differ significantly from those of others. If you want, you can now dedicate yourself to painting and start your own section here. But before you start painting, the nails must be degreased. It works perfectly with a nail polish remover. First you apply a kind of base coat or base coat. This is necessary so that the later colored varnish does not discolor the nails. People who have problems with grooves or dents can optionally use a groove filler. This is thicker in consistency and compensates for unevenness very well. It can also be used instead of the base coat and also as a clear coat. Now it’s finally time for the colored varnish. There are different techniques to apply it, but ultimately everyone has to find out for themselves. A good tactic is to first paint a strip in the middle and then to the left and right.
